GYR-2000/1000 Preheater

Compared with other preheater, series GYR-2000 Induction Preheater has the following features:

•  The damage to the wire surface by electric spark is minimized by using induction heating;
•  The preheater is suitable for use with high speed extrusion line;
•  The wire passes through the machine with little resistance so it will not be stretched;
•  The power output changes automatically with the variation of the line speed so that the preheating temperatures remain the same at different line speed;
•  The guide pulleys are surface-sprayed with ceramic, which ensures a long service life;
•  The modified Series GYR-2000 Induction Preheater used three-phase power supply, which solves the problem of three phase unbalance caused by single-phase power supply.

The GYR-1000 Preheater heats the copper wire before it is extruded with insulation by main frequency induction heating, which contributes to considerably improve the extrusion quality of the insulation. The preheater differs from other types of preheating devices in the following items:

• Induction heating ensures high efficiency and low energy consumption.
• The output varies automatically with the change of the wire speed, which ensures a uniform heating temperature at different wire speed.
• The copper wire runs with very small resistance, which prevents it from being stretched.
